Haymac summer houses are built from  high quality materials and all summer houses are constructed in our own workshop by our skilled craftsmen, every attention is given to ensure your building is built exactly as you want it.

All our summer houses are built on an individual client basis so you can choose exactly how you want it to look.

These summer houses, when insulated and timber lined, offer all year round comfort and make a great day time retreat, home gym or hobby / craft room.

Our Haymac summer houses are made using the same construction materials and methods as our sheds/workshops, with the added bonus of joinery quality double doors, fixed windows with ornimental window surrounds and a steeper pitch to the roof and a covered decking veranda. The covered decking veranda is an option with the summer house and we can construct your summer house with or without the veranda.

PLANNING CONSENT

We can construct your summer house to conform with the permitted development guidelines to avoid the need for local authority planning consent, although it is alway wise to just check with your local planning authority that your build is acceptable. Should you wish to have a building that does require planning consent we can provide from our in-house design guys a design drawing of your building which will be acceptable for the planning authority to issue planning consent against (fee attached but refundable on order of summer house).  We also offer a complete design and planning package that can relieve you of the worries of dealing with your local planning authoriy. (fee attached for design drawing and application fee with design drawing cost refunded on summer house order)
