At Haymac we make joinery quality drive-way gates to exact sizes to match your requirements. We offer a measuring service and free written estimate. Once you have placed your order we will send one of our carpenters out to your home to take final measurements for your gates, he will carefully select timber from our stock and make your gates to exact measurements.

Our drive-way gates are made from Unsorted Redwood (top grade joinery softwood) in our workshop by our own skilled tradesmen, each pair of gates is made from Ex. 75mm stock timber which is pre-straightened and planed to finish approx. 63mm thick. The gates are clad with top quality Ex. 19 x 100mm TG&V. All joints are morticed, tennoned, glued and doweled a traditional timeserved jointing method.

We offer a gate staining service which ensures that your gates are protected from the elements the minute they are installed.

If you want higher end drive-way gates we can offer gates made in Iroko, Keruing and Oak, these gates have a much longer lifespan than softwood but at much higher price.

If you want us to install your gates we will be happy do so using our own employed site team which ensures your gates are installed to the highest standard.
