At Haymac we can refurbish your existing timber conservatory or manufacture and install a new softwood or hardwood timber conservatory to your design. We can provide all necessary groundwork and brickwork.

 

PLANNING CONSENT

We can construct your conservatory to conform with the permitted development guidelines to avoid the need for local authority planning consent, although it is alway wise to just check with your local planning authority that your build is acceptable. Should you wish to have a building that does require planning consent we can provide from our in-house design guys a design drawing of your building which will be acceptable for the planning authority to issue planning consent against (fee attached but refundable on order of conservatory).  We also offer a complete design and planning package that can relieve you of the worries of dealing with your local planning authoriy. (fee attached for design drawing and application fee with design drawing cost refunded on conservatory order)
