Welcome to the HAYMAC online shop used for collection in-store or delivery.

Please follow the ordering process and choose the most relevant delivery cost for your location, please choose the nearest main town to you, or choose collect in-store.

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you by telephone for payment.

By taking payment over the telephone we can be sure that what you have ordered is what you need, we can also give advice on the products you have purchased and how to install them correctly.

If you choose to have your materials delivered, please take the time to review our delivery terms. By requesting & paying for delivery, you will have agreed to our delivery terms in full. Please see our terms & conditions below.

  1. HAYMAC deliveries are to a kerbside only location. If you have a driveway which we can get our delivery vehicle to, we will leave your delivery on your drive.
  2. Our delivery driver will only offload your delivery to the side of our delivery vehicle; please remember fencing materials can be very heavy.
  3. If we cannot get our delivery vehicle directly outside of your delivery address, please already have made arrangements to have help ready to carry the materials from our delivery vehicle to your address.
  4. Please do not ask our delivery driver to carry your materials into your back garden, side alleyway, leave behind your gate or ‘’just slip a fence panel in for me’’. Unfortunately, we do not have the time on deliveries to do this, and we do not wish to offend you by refusing.
  5. If you choose not to be at home to accept delivery of your materials and have requested HAYMAC leave the materials at your address without checks made for damage or quantities delivered, HAYMAC will not be liable for replacement of any damaged items, shortages or theft of materials once left at your address. Please always try and arrange for someone to be available to accept your delivery and check the materials for any damage and the quantity delivered.
  6. Any materials that are damaged must be reported to a member of our staff and office at the time of delivery or collection in store, any identified damaged items will be replaced without charge. HAYMAC will not replace, without charge, any items subsequently reported as damaged after our delivery driver has made your delivery and left your address or you have left our premises.
  7. Any material shortages with your delivery or collection in store must be identified at the time of the delivery or collection in store with a member of our staff and office and your order will be fully completed. HAYMAC will not replace, without charge, any items subsequently reported as missing after our delivery driver has made your delivery and left your address or you have left our premises.
  8. Please note: WE DO NOT HAVE A RETURN AND REFUND POLICY. PLEASE ONLY PURCHASE THE ITEMS YOU NEED; PLEASE ENSURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT HEIGHT FENCE PANELS AND CORRECT LENGTH FENCE POSTS & PLEASE DO NOT OVER ORDER IN THE ANTICIPATION THAT YOU CAN RETURN ANY UNUSED ITEMS FOR A FULL REFUND.
  9. We do not offer a collection from your home address for any over ordered, spare or incorrectly order items. Should we offer a partial refund in line with item 10. the items must be delivered back to our shop in their original condition by you.
  10. We may, at our discretion, after viewing an item that you have returned to us and want a refund on, possibly accept a return with partial refund, please be aware that a minimum 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund we may offer. Any returned item must be accompanied with your original purchase receipt. Damaged or used items will not be accepted for refund and are for your disposal.
